Yellow and checked

 

A few weeks ago, I went to Zara and I saw a checked coat which reminded me of the Louis Vuitton collection for this year! It's not surprising to find these things in Zara because most of the clothes are inspired on several collections that we see on the runways. But it was also a big coincidence that when I was looking through Topshop's website I saw a skirt inspired in this trend! So I thought that I had to write something about it :)

I decided to style these two pieces but I didn't want both outfits to look the same, so I mixed them with a few trends that I'm obsessed at the moment which are holographic, skater skirts, varsity jackets and black boots.

This outfit reminds me so much of Blair Waldorf. Since the coat is so classic, I wanted to add something different, so I decided to mix it with the holographic shoes and a light denim shirt.

In this one, I wanted to give a totally different idea. I combined the skirt with the varsity jacket to create an sporty outfit, very comfortable and casual for everyday.
